Where we deliver
We ship artwork from Mumbai to addresses within India. Please provide your complete delivery address, city, PIN code and phone number. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether delivery is available at your address.

The free-shipping threshold applies to the artwork subtotal before shipping. An order with an artwork subtotal of exactly ₹5,000 still attracts the applicable shipping charge. Your final total is shown before payment.
Delivery timing
For ready-made artwork, we aim to deliver within one week after receiving payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Courier delays, holidays or an incomplete address may affect delivery. Email orders@sketchstrokes.in with your order number for an update.
Custom commissions have a separately agreed creation and delivery schedule. The ready-made artwork estimate does not apply to time needed to create a commission.
Delivery questions or damage
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Where possible, keep the packaging and photographs so we can investigate with the carrier. See our returns and refunds policy for available remedies.
