About the studio

This website is operated by sketchstrokes at New Mhada Colony, Chunabhatti, Mumbai 400022, India. It presents original artwork, available prints and commission services. You can contact us at hello@sketchstrokes.in.

Artwork and availability

Read the individual listing for the medium, dimensions, price, framing and what is included. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Originals are one of a kind; availability is checked when an order is placed. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund or another solution you agree to.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the artwork price, delivery charge and final total before paying. We will not add an undisclosed charge after payment. For a custom commission, the agreed written quote sets out the price, scope and payment schedule.

Online payments, when available, are processed through Razorpay. An order is treated as paid once payment is confirmed by our system. Please contact us if money is debited but your order does not show a confirmed payment.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping policy explains delivery charges and estimates. Our returns, refunds and cancellations policy explains cancellation requests, return eligibility and refund timing. Custom commissions also follow the terms agreed with you before payment.

Artwork rights and acceptable use

Purchasing physical artwork does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce it commercially unless separately agreed in writing. Do not reproduce website images or content commercially without permission. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders or attempt unauthorised access.

Questions and disputes

Contact the studio with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can work towards a resolution. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms agreed when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
